BAD NEWS: No back-glass or iPad repairs performed. While Apple's decision to make the backside of their outstanding phone out of glass was purely to sustain its successive repair I suspect, it does require special equipment & tools Christmas-time presently doesn't have.

SALES: Middle-men make money. Here's free advice: Buy a USA iPhone. Resell value is great. Repair-ability is good. Ease-of-use is better. Security is USA. In fact, shop USED on eBay and save alot. BOOT LOOPING: Phone gone crazy? Perhaps having charging issues or performance problems? I have the answers! Some dilemma just need magic piano fingers, no parts. Equipped with all the latest software tools, experience, and knowledge to diagnose your smartphone, it is rare to find a problem I cannot or don't enjoy remedying. Do what you love children.

TEMPERED GLASS: This is very important and when combined with adequate phone case can add miles and miles to your phone's odometer. Sometimes, the "install" is all you need. I have literally installed probably 50,000 tempered glass products. Android phones typically have curved screen edges which glass products (curiously designed specifically for them!) will ultimately slide off. Look for "polymer nano" protection which adheres best to these phones / screens. Apple iPhones have flat screens and benefit greatly from tempered "GLASS" protection products. If your phone has protection but you cannot tell, then the product is good and the installation was even better!

WET PHONE: This repairman dropped his phone in Strawberry Creek, Idyllwild. Wet happens... Call me 24-7! Stock market guys are up crazy hours; go ahead and ring me -- protect your phone from permanent failure. Like oil & water, gold, silicon & water don't mix well either. Salty water will speed the destruction. Rice and Youtube may help but my experience and tackle box have saved 99% of wet devices (hundreds).
