Now charting... Power / Waged:
 |
Remember
conditions when you made that fateful trade? Now see Maximum Power
over Power Waged
for every trade charted nicely above your P&L; See how
to do a LOT w/a little!
Both charts move in unison when adjusted using the Chart
Zoom slider scroll bar (below). |
Now charting... Bag Time:
 |
Important
to day traders, bag-time reflects the time in the trade
while money spent. Important to swingers too, hay maybe
for everybody! I'm def enjoying it.
Legend is hours:mm:ss and as you can tell, I've been
swinging, intra-day trading, holding overnight, ahem
investing. |
+ CHARTS are you in love yet?:

Easily add another chart to LearnN by giving it a
name and i.d. in the chart table. Once there, it will magically
appear in the drop-down
"+ Chart" selector (located
above your main P&L chart).
The Profit & Loss
chart has always shown trading progress and conveniently maps to
HISTORY growth. LearnN takes care of this chart
behind-the-scenes to ensure such operability.
NOW, this is very exciting, you can have LearnN do the same for
YOUR charts. To make it happen, use the P&L's chart id
(="pnl") somewhere in yours:
| pnlmine |
...WORKS |
| thispnl |
...WORKS too! |
| mypnlchart |
...NO PROBLEMO! |

LearnN will automatically adjust your chart behind the scenes so
it shows relevant data to the main P&L chart and
Chart
Zoom slider bar progress.. AWESOME! This makes it easy to
add your own variables and see them come alive as I did with the
Power / Waged chart: I added the
Wager
variable
to sheet to calculate
Shares x
Price,
then added new chart to plot my new variable with
Power.
I named it "pnlpwr" and entered it into LearnN's chart table;
and now IT IS ALIVE (in less than 5 minutes)!
STEP by STEP:
Your chart series column
assignments remain unchanged; only the rows will be adjusted
to reflect trade HISTORY for any chart LearnN finds in the
chart table tagged with letters "pnl" (the id for Profit
& Loss chart).
Step 1:
Select Profit & Loss chart from drop-down to remove all
plus (+) charts from target spreadsheet area.
Step 2:
Create your chart in this area and set source data to any area
of trade HISTORY.
Step 3: Use
the Name Box in Excel (mine is found top left corner of window
in my Excel 2019 install) to give your chart distinct name
with "pnl" in it. This will be your chart id.
Step 4: Add
it to LearnN chart table: Plug in your
id and give
it a name like "+ Wow". To find LearnN chart table, use the
Settings
button

IDEAS --- MY BULB IS FLASHING:
Let me know if you run out
of ideas or
need hand holding. How
about market cap... See what you're trading and the results
based on your tickers' market cap. I heard Excel can easily
pull relevant stock details into the spread!
